HOME REPAIR & MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST
We are currently looking for a skilled technicians for a full-time position.
This is a full-time position that for the right individual, can lead to a field supervisory or management position
The successful candidates WILL possess these skills:
- Plumbing: Faucets, Toilets, Laundry, Tub/Shower (valves, spouts, drains, etc.)
- Pipe sweating/soldering
- Electrical: New Wiring for outlets/lights/fans/TV’s, Replace Outlets, Switches
- Drywall Repair and Texturing
- Lighting Solutions: New Installations, Conversions & Repairs
- Flat Screen TV Installation: inside/outside
- Ceiling Fans: Installation, Pre-wiring and Repairs
- Doors/Locks: Install, Replace, Repair
- Patio Door Rollers & Parts: Install, Replace, Repair
- Garage Door Repairs: Panels, Rollers, Automatic Openers, Weather Seals & Trim
- Appliance Installation (garbage disposals, dishwashers, microwaves, water softeners)
